Senn BPM AG, St. Gallen, wants to put the former mill in Schöftland (Canton Aargau) to a new use. On the area of approximately 20’000 m², which today still contains various buildings, a number of new buildings shall be added. This makes the preparation of a new design plan necessary.

In this context numerous questions concerning the composition of the subsoil, contaminated subsoil, contaminated building substance, possibilities of alternative energy supply and so forth have to be clarified. Because of this our office is at the moment conducting a sounding campaign in order to clarify the corresponding basic parameters. Core drillings have started a short while ago.
