The St. Gallen Pension Fund (SGPK) and the local community of Goldach (OG) are jointly realizing the first phase of the Mühlegut building project in Goldach, which consists of several buildings, each with 5 - 6 floors and an emebdding depth of around 3 - 5 m.

Grundbauberatung-Geoconsulting AG already carried out initial investigations (dynamic probing and groundwater measurements) on the site in 2020 and 2021. Based on the findings, the subsoil is currently being investigated in more detail using excavator trenches, seepage tests and core drillings.

The assignment also includes the consultancy mandate for the tendering and execution phases.
