Under the name „Alpstein Residenz” the BAUKLA Generalunternehmung AG, St. Gallen, is realising a building complex on the Fadenrainstrasse in Teufen on behalf of the Serenity Immobilien AG, Wil. The project of the architectural office Schmuckli AG consists of three terraced houses twice stepped on a steep slope with slope cuts up to ~ 10 m height.

Our consignment includes the elaboration of the geological expertise, the dimensioning of the building pit support system consisting of nail walls and anchor beams, the expert guidance for geotechnical questions, the elaboration of the control and monitoring plan for the building pit as well as inclinometer measurements.

We had already drawn up our geological expertise for this project in March, 2011. The excavation work started in the beginning of May, 2015.
