A new building is planned to be constructed close to the Private Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy on the so called area “Rössli” at Littenheid. In order to be able to construct the new building, three existing buildings and one gasoline station have to be dismantled. Due to the year of construction and the journalization in the cadastral land register of the contaminated location we expect some contaminants and a necessary examination of the contaminated site.

On behalf of the constructor we received from the ph-baumanagement ag, Frauenfeld, the mandate to elaborate three reports concerning the building contaminants (ckeck of the building), the contaminated site and geotechnics.
