After deconstruction and demolition works of a couple of months, the actual construction work for this major new building project of the Stadler Altenrhein AG has started in August 2018. On an area of around 200 x 250 m a number of factory halls will be constructed in which the Stadler AG will in future be building train waggons.

Our assignment by the general contractor HRS Real Estate AG consists of a wide area including groundwater monitoring, rehabilitation of the contaminated ground layer, geotechnics and rainwater infiltration. It is planned that the first factory hall shall already take up operations in the second half year of 2019.
