After our office in Zurich having been allowed during the last years to conduct comprehensive geological and geotechnical impact surveys for this large-scale project in the Zwicky area in Dübendorf, the start of the construction works is now imminent: On an area of approximately 120 x 200 m six major buildings with 8 floors and integrated underground parking shall be erected by Senn BPM AG, St. Gallen, from the summer 2013 on.
The Appenzeller Bahnen AG has been for some time planning a new cross connection (Durchmesserlinie DML) between Trogen – St. Gallen – Appenzell. In this connection our bureau was able to carry out the geotechnical works since 2006.
After completing the 1. phase of the geotechnical surveys for the new building of the Cantonal Hospital St. Gallen at the end of 2011, the 2. phase of the surveys are in progress since August 2012.
We have been commissioned by the Canton of St. Gallen to carry out the geological-geotechnical-hydrogeological investigations for the extension buildings planned for the coming years. The Cantonal Building Department is planning three new high-rise buildings (Buildings 07A, 07B and OKS) and a larger extension to Building 02.
