Thermal groundwater exploiting for the industrial building of Stadler Rail in St. Margrethen?
On the HIAG site in St. Margrethen, the Swiss train manufacturer Stadler Altenrhein AG is planning on an area of around 60’000 m2 the construction of new production halls for their most modern trains as well as new rooms for administrative tasks.
Expansion of the Logistics Centre Dipl. Ing. Fust AG, Oberbueren, Switzerland
After having done the environmental impact assessment report last year for the planned expansion of the new building of the Dipl. Ing. Fust AG in Oberbueren, we have now been working on various questions regarding geotechnical-hydrogeological aspects of this project.
Construction of new residential and commercial building, Rapperswil
At the Oberen Bahnhofstrasse in Rapperswil, a new residental and commercial building shall be constructed, for which the existing old building needs to give way. The new building will come to stand directly next to two older buildings, which are not allowed to be damaged due to the new construction. In this area, the geological conditions are variable and the ground rock surface can be found in very different depths.
New Industrial Complex STRA, St. Margrethen
On the big industrial area directly next to the border crossing to Austria in St. Margrethen a new industrial complex is going to be realised. This consists out of multiple factory halls as well as administration buildings on an area of approximately 60’000 m2.
