Nine buildings with up to four upper floors are being built as part of the projected redevelopment of the city saw mill area in St. Gallen. In April 2022, Grundbauberatung - Geoconsulting AG was entrusted with supervising the geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations for this project.

Halter AG, St. Gallen is the general contractor. Several core drillings were carried out in May 2022 to explore the subsoil. These investigations form the basis for the further design of the excavation pit and the foundations of the buildings.
