In connection with a new building project on the corner of Badenerstrasse and Segnesstrasse in Zurich-Altstetten, we were commissioned to carry out the building pollutant analysis and specialist supervision for the pollutant remediation of the existing buildings.

• In addition to various pollutant-containing building materials such as plaster, lightweight panels, floor coverings, putty and fiber cement, the renovation also included sprayed asbestos, some of which had already been rehabilitated and sealed in 1990. In addition to the remediation of these areas, other sprayed asbestos applications that were still complete on walled-in steel girders and shop window closures were probed and professionally rehabilitated. The entire renovation took around 2 months and was completed at the end of March 2022.
