The company Senn Resources AG, St. Gallen, intends to extend the Unterer Graben car park with six new floors below the existing building. Construction has begun this year and is expected to continue until 2021.

As part of the planning of the parking garage extension, we have already been commissioned in the past with clarifications on the subsoil conditions and the geotechnical and hydrogeological assessment of the construction project. Due to the entry of the location in the cadastre of the contaminated sites, the client also commissioned us with further, country-specific clarifications. In addition, we were commissioned to examine the car park and other objects in the project perimeter for building pollutants.
